Passionate about the RVA community, Stuart brings extensive knowledge of Richmond and a deep appreciation for its neighborhoods and people. When she’s not helping her clients buy a home that is uniquely their own, Stuart co-publishes Richmond Grid magazine, a glossy quarterly publication that celebrates how we live, work, and play throughout the region.
“Our homes and our neighborhoods have deep emotional meaning. They become the backdrop of so many special memories. Maybe it’s the place you’ll watch your child grow up, or host family gatherings, or start a new beginning. Whatever a person’s home means to them, it’s my role to listen and to share the best RVA has to offer.”
A Virginia native, Stuart’s interest in helping people find homes was sparked early as she watched her father develop the Wintergreen community as the owner of Wintergreen Real Estate. Prior to joining the family business of real estate, Stuart worked in specialty medical/surgical sales for over a decade in the female healthcare industry. In addition, she served as a registered nurse in Labor and Delivery at her alma mater, VCU. Today, she brings her background in sales and helping people together at her role at One South.
Stuart lives in the Forest Hill neighborhood with her husband, daughter, and their Springer Spaniel, Lucy. She can often be found running or riding bikes in the James River Park System or exploring a new part of Richmond with her family.
