After working in radio for 20 years, Jen left the biz to pursue her passion for real estate. That passion stems from a love of meeting new people and helping them take the next step in their lives. Whether it’s leading first time homebuyers through the process or helping someone sell their home, nothing makes Jen happier than connecting with clients and making their dreams come true.
Jen has called Richmond home for the past 14 years, and takes full advantage of all the city has to offer. When she’s not hosting an open house or finalizing a contract, you can find her with her husband walking their dog in Church hill, perusing the tents at the South of the James Farmers Market, or lining up with other hungry Richmonders for brunch at Millie’s. Jen loves that Richmond is a small town parading as a big city; she feels like she knows everyone, or will know those she doesn’t soon enough!

Jen’s clients accepted the offer, and soon, Jen and Scott began helping each other with clients and advising one another through tricky situations. Realizing the potential behind their combined knowledge of renovation and investment, as well as a love of turn of the century homes, they set out to create a dynamic team in both personality and skill.
Within a year, Scott and Jen were a team. Moving to One South made it official; Jen and Scott were impressed by the professionalism, marketing prowess, and city-centric knowledge One South Agents and staff demonstrated in the market.
Then Karen came along. Scott and Jen had both worked with Karen on various transactions, and were impressed by her expertise and talent. After talking about the positive experiences they had both had with Karen, Scott and Jen knew she was the right fit for the team, and she joined shortly after. In the Spring of 2017, our assistant Larissa joined next, helping to serve our need for a gatekeeper to manage and streamline our process.
