Jen Towner is a licensed Realtor and real estate enthusiast. Passionate about real estate and armed with years of marketing experience, Jen strives to find every client the perfect home in the right location for the best price.
After working in radio for 20 years, Jen left the biz to pursue her passion for real estate. That passion stems from a love of meeting new people and helping them take the next step in their lives. Whether it’s leading first time homebuyers through the process or helping someone sell their home, nothing makes Jen happier than connecting with clients and making their dreams come true.
Jen has called Richmond home for the past 14 years, and takes full advantage of all the city has to offer. When she’s not hosting an open house or finalizing a contract, you can find her with her husband walking their dog in Church hill, perusing the tents at the South of the James Farmers Market, or lining up with other hungry Richmonders for brunch at Millie’s. Jen loves that Richmond is a small town parading as a big city; she feels like she knows everyone, or will know those she doesn’t soon enough!
Whether you’re buying or selling a home, curious about the process, or just need a good restaurant recommendation, Jen’s Richmond expertise and marketing savvy will serve you well.
Jen’s clients accepted the offer, and for the next two years, Jen and Scott consistently helped each other with clients and advised one another through tricky situations. Realizing the potential behind their combined knowledge of renovations, investment and turn of the century homes, they set out to create a dynamic team both in personality and skill.
Moving to One South made it official; Jen and Scott were impressed by the professionalism, marketing prowess, and city-centric knowledge One South Agents and staff demonstrated in the market.
The Towner and Andrews Real Estate Team is focused on their clients above all else. At the end of the day, the clients goals, both in Real Estate and in life, are what drive this team forward.
Scott has lived and worked in Richmond for the past 10 years, after moving from Roanoke to attend VCU in 2007. Like so many other people, he fell in love with the unique architecture, rich history, and the great people that make up the city.
“At the end of the day, my goal is to help people in whatever way I can.”
Scott comes to a career in real estate with degrees from the School of the Arts and the Department of History from VCU. Scott’s unique educational background, as well as his personal experience as a
transplant to Richmond, provide him the unique ability to explain the ins and outs of the city and its neighborhoods to first-time home buyers and investors looking to grow roots in Richmond.
He is a co-owner of Brick by Brick, a historic renovation company that specializes in revitalizing and improving upon historic homes in the Richmond area. The goal of Brick by Brick is to provide people the opportunity to enjoy historic properties without the headache of antiquated systems or dealing with contractors and without living with cheap corner-cutting flips.
When Scott isn’t helping clients or restoring historic homes in Richmond, you will most likely find him outdoors with his rescued Pit Bull mix, Bernie. After earning his Eagle Scout, Scott developed a deep love and appreciation for Virginia wildlife and the Appalachian Trail.
Scott volunteers a large part of his time to the Ultimate Frisbee Community, serving on the governing board for Richmond Ultimate for the last four years. And as a coach for VCU’s Ultimate team, he strives to push his players to succeed in both the sport and through their college careers. In addition, Scott is also one of the founding members of the Junior Board of Family Lifeline, helping raise over $100,000 for the organization in just the past two years.
