In early 2012, we were approached by the developers of Ginter Place to discuss taking the lead role in the project’s sales. Of the 70 units, 15 had sold in the first 4 years of marketing the property. Ginter Place was in danger of becoming a failed condominium project with a conversion to apartments.
Tasked with securing mortgage products for the project and finding the correct price at which the units would clear the market, One South was able to find the correct balance of financing and pricing that allowed a 60% sales level to be achieved within the first calendar year.
With sales momentum beginning in earnest during the spring of 2013, Ginter has continued to maintain its incredible pace well into 2014.
