Ellington Homes, LLC
The vision for the Carillon project is to create a neighborhood that compliments the historic Marburg house. Blending architecture from the surrounding neighborhood, the homes are based on universal design elements that appeal to a wide range of clients – regardless of age and physical condition. They will also be maintenance friendly, with Hardiplank cement siding and trim for years of easy care.
These homes were designed specifically to take full advantage of unique views and site access. Each house will have either a first floor master bedroom or a second floor master, with provisions for an elevator, as well as front sitting porches conversationally close to front sidewalks. The homes will be environmentally friendly, with rain gardens to help control excess surface water and display a variety of native flowering perennials.
The goal is to make the homes look and feel like they’ve always been there. By building in this area, residents have easy access to entertainment and years of enjoyment.
