Annie Dietz got started in Richmond real estate in 2004 and became a Broker in 2007. During her career she has engaged in numerous aspects of the business including: residential sales, brokerage management, building a property management portfolio of 250+ units, historic renovations, rehabs, and development of an infill subdivisions in both Henrico County and City of Richmond.
Her consistent attention to detail, focus on relationships and critical thinking have gained her recognition with her clients and colleagues within the industry.

Annie graduated from VCU where she received her BA in English in 1997, after which she lived in Brooklyn, New York. She lives in the Museum District with her two children, Sophia and Monroe.
