Chelsea Brown, M.B.A., 33 , was born in Richmond, Virginia. Early on, Chelsea was very involved in the Center for the Arts and other activities, graduating in 2006 from Highland Springs High School. Shortly after graduating, she appeared on cycle 6 of America’s Next Top Model making it to top 20.While pursuing her undergraduate degree she continued to pursue her dream and model part time. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Virginia Union University in 2012. Since then, she ventured into management and sales, where she secured the position of National Account Executive for the Property Management sector, while obtaining her Masters in Business. She has a passion for mentorship, development, and was named as the Head of The Women’s Empowerment Board for Richmond and Norfolk district within The Sherwin Williams Paint Company. In 2017 she decided to pursue her Real Estate license and leave her corporate position of 5 years in June of 2018. She currently works as a full time Realtor and CEO of Lou Lou LLC Consulting firm specializing in career and personal development for small business owners. Her interest includes her brand #EWEW (Empowered Women.Empower Women.), her community, public speaking , coaching, mentorship, traveling, reading, and in her mind, a food connoisseur. She hopes to be able to make a difference and impact the community in a positive way.
