Armed with a deep appreciation of historic architecture, love for the well-designed, a bad case of the DIY craze and a genuine interest in making the world around us a better place – not to mention years of sales, marketing and management experience in the real estate, construction and information technology industries – Corby brings a unique perspective to his clients.
“Whether helping my clients buy or sell, I truly enjoy finding creative ways to help clients meet their goals by coupling the best of today’s technology with proven traditional methods.”
Corby moved to Richmond sixteen years ago after growing up just outside of Lynchburg and graduating from the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture. Over that time, he has earned a reputation for market knowledge, creativity, persistence, hard work and a “”client first”” attitude. He combines that work ethic and passion with a skill he refers to as “”connecting the dots.”” In other words, he’s learned to listen carefully to every conversation, draw connections between them, and solve problems by connecting people with complementary needs. This approach has been proven successful not only while buying, renovating and selling his own properties, but also in working with individual clients, small businesses, and many of Richmond’s Fortune 500.
