Jay has been renovating historic homes since 2006. He was in awe of the care and pride that historic builders brought to their work, and brings this same care and pride to his renovations and new construction with Framework Homes.

“Quality construction materials, architectural details and thoughtful design are all part of those wonderful Richmond homes I grew up admiring. Today, as a builder, my vision is to create new homes and renovations with the same level of craftsmanship as their vintage counterparts. I build with care and consideration of the homes themselves as well as the community in which they are rooted.”

When Jay is not working, you can find him with his wife, 4 year-old son Max and one year-old daughter Zoey (plus a handsome rescued Bluetick Coonhound named Arlo).
