Joey’s background in real estate incorporates property management, commercial sales and leasing, urban development, new construction and home renovations.

Joey started his career overseeing a large, residential portfolio of multi and single-family investment properties downtown. From there he moved to a Richmond based asset management firm where he handled commercial leasing transactions across several markets including Richmond, Raleigh, Atlanta, Houston and Oklahoma City.

“Asset management is a fascinating business. I was fortunate enough to gain a lot of knowledge and meet an extraordinary amount of good people in a short period of time. My biggest takeaway was that Richmond is where I want my business to be focused long term.”

His time at One South has been evenly split between historic renovation projects and buyer/seller representation. Joey has worked alongside several developers and builders in the city.
Born raised and educated in Richmond, Joey lives in Northside with his wife, daughter and dog Hatcher.
