Kelly is both well connected and market-savvy when it comes to knowing what’s happening in Richmond Real Estate— and she is genuinely invested in making her clients happy. When you have the opportunity to work alongside Kelly, whether you are buying or selling a home, she reaches out to that/those particular neighborhood(s) to get the inside scoop and empower her clients to be nimble and knowledgeable when making decisions.  Kelly is known for finding homes before they come on the market, but even more importantly, Kelly listens closely to her clients and has a great instinct in helping them find what they are seeking. Her calm demeanor always provides balanced guidance no matter what challenges she encounters.

Kelly’s passion for Richmond’s neighborhood and homes extends naturally into community life.  She is known for bringing peace of mind to clients through yoga and stress management classes, educating clients even at the organizational level by working with companies such as the Martin Agency, Capital One, Dominion Virginia Power, VHDA, Willow Oaks Country Club.  In a related capacity, she was a presenter at the Chamber of Commerce Conference in 2012, as well as the Tilted Conference in 2014.

Kelly has also demonstrated her passion for community through Richmond’s art scene, assisting with the organization of The Richmond Street Art Festival with her husband, Ed Trask.  She is the proud mother of two children that attend William Fox Elementary in the heart of the Fan District.
