Krista grew up in the Army. Moving 15 times in the first 17 years of life gave her plenty of experience helping pack up and stage a house, moving to a new one, helping setup house and meeting the neighbors. She finally settled in Northern Virginia, where she graduated from High School and headed off to Virginia Tech. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting, she worked with one of what then were the “Big Six” accounting firms in Northern Virginia.

After working in audit and accounting for several years, Krista met her husband and turned her attention and energy to family development and home-making. She is particularly proud of staging and selling a house in Northern Virginia while pregnant and moving down to the Richmond area with a newborn and a 2-year old. Since then, she and her husband have focused on building both their rental real estate portfolio and their family. She is proud to announce that her five rental properties now outnumber her four children!!

Krista is currently using her 20+ years of investing experience, as well her extensive experience on both the buyer and seller sides of a transaction to help others. She is excited to assist other home-makers and investors in the pursuit of their own dreams.
