Sarah Larmee
Realtor
Sarah has loved the charm and uniqueness of Richmond since childhood visits here, and has called this historic city home since coming to VCU to study design. In her ensuing years as a graphic designer and decorator, she has watched Richmond blossom into a thriving, chic metropolis.
“Richmond has river life, a restaurant scene, bike trails, parks, many festivals, and so much more. There is something for everyone.”
Sarah, no stranger to purchasing homes with potential, knows what it’s like to strip 80 years of wallpaper and make a home her own. She and her husband renovated their first home, a 1911 Museum District rowhouse, and have recently remodeled their current home, built in 1929, to include a master suite, chef’s kitchen, and media room. Sarah sees potential where others may not, and deciphers between cosmetic changes and major overhauls with her keen eye for design. This asset is helpful for buyers and sellers alike, as they navigate the market with Sarah to find the perfect fit for their needs.
Sarah is a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia, and a member of Richmond Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
