One of the focal points of the office will be the bullpen area in the back.
The idea is to create a space that is open and inviting which fosters energy. So much of what we do as Realtors is acting as loners. Lord knows these last few years have been hard enough on us all…we need to keep positives flowing and being in energizing space means increased verve. We are thrilled at the amount of light that space gets naturally and this is before we have either bank of windows cut it.
We are working right now under the idea that the theme will be ‘eclectic comfy’ as far as furniture/equipment.
We hope the new OSR World HQ will create that feel of increased chi/verve/energy for out agents, staff, clients and guests…
