From 2008 until today, One South has managed to crack into the top 10% of the brokerages in Richmond in both size and volume. While that may or may not be impressive on its own, it becomes much more mind boggling when you look at it in context with the overall market. Since the bubble burst, NAR Membership has dropped by close to 30%.
By focusing on what agents need and what a savvy public wants, we were able to create a cadre of hard working, intelligent and forward-thinking agents and support staff that saw things the way they should be. Joining One South became an easy decision for the new agents, the established veterans and even those who had owned their own shops prior.
